The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking an Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic Supervisor (HVAC Foreman) to oversee maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems in federal correctional facilities. This role ensures safe and humane environments through effective supervision and compliance with safety regulations.
Pay $35.80 - $41.80 / hour

This position involves supervising and performing maintenance, repairs, and installation of HVAC equipment within federal correctional facilities. The role requires ensuring the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to maintain safe and humane environments.
Applicants must have sufficient training and experience to perform the duties of the position. Qualifications will be assessed based on responses to application questions and must meet the standards outlined in the Job Qualification System for Trades and Labor Occupations, WS-5306 Series. Applicants must demonstrate experience and skills at the journeyman level and meet the following:
