Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking an Air Compressor Technical Support Specialist to assist field technicians, distributors, and end users in maintenance, service, and training of Quincy products. You will support audits, data reporting, and documentation while traveling up to 40% to customer sites.

The role requires a High School degree with preferred Mechanical/Civil Engineering background, CAD knowledge, and strong communication skills for remote support and on-site services.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required; Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a relevant role preferred.
• Knowledge of compressed air products and services.
• Technical expertise required.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical information and support to Field Service Technicians, distributors, and end users.
• Train service technicians and distributors in product service and repair.
• Maintain and update product documentation for Technical Service.
• Report field problems daily via phone and email.
• Administer the ICONS remote monitoring platform.
• Accompany service technicians to customer sites for air audits.
• Compile data and prepare reports promptly.
• Assist in Industrial Air Piping design and modifications.
• Perform quality air audits and compressor power consumption audits.
• Troubleshoot networking and connectivity of compressed air equipment.
