Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in Nashville, TN is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair air compressors and related rotating equipment. You’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and propose reliability improvements while delivering excellent customer service.

This role offers hands-on training, a company vehicle, and clear paths to advancement as you gain expertise through the Air Academy and ongoing supplier training.

Qualifications

• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
• Strong communication and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors and related rotating equipment.
• Diagnose issues and recommend reliability improvements.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build customer relationships.
