Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. seeks a Supervisor Ramp & Passenger Services to coordinate airport operations, manage staffing, and ensure safety, security, and quality across ramp and passenger functions at multiple aircraft operations.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, and maintain compliance with corporate standards and TSA regulations. This role requires an associate degree or equivalent, weekend availability, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of airport operations, including ticketing transactions, baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and dispatching flights in a safe and timely manner.
• May also be responsible for baggage service functions of filing loss, damage, and pilferage claims.
• Offers efficient and professional customer service and resolves passenger problems as required.
• Coordinates with all departments to ensure operational needs are met, including catering, fueling, and maintenance companies.
• Acts as company representative when assigned.
• Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, percent and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
