Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring an Air Cargo Warehouse Agent in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role covers loading, unloading, and moving cargo, preparing it for outbound flights, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will operate basic equipment and coordinate with the ground team to support secure, efficient operations.

Candidates should have a HS Diploma or GED, be at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license. This position is full-time and part of the Operations team at a U.S.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers.
• Move air cargo within the designated warehouse.
• Build up cargo for outbound flights and break down cargo for imports.
• Operate basic cargo handling equipment as needed.
• Check freight for piece count, weight, and documents.
• Assist in safe and secure handling per site procedures.
• Communicate with pilots and ground crews using signals and radio.
