Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (PIT) is seeking an Air Cargo Office Agent to support cargo operations at Pittsburgh. The role involves data entry, flight documentation, and coordination with U.S. Customs to ensure compliant import/export documentation while supporting sales activities.

The position requires the ability to handle cargo up to 70 lbs and operate with security procedures. You will work in a fast-paced environment across cargo, ramp handling, and related services, contributing to on-time

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform computer data entry and prepare flight documents.
• Interface with U.S. Customs and prepare import/export documentation.
• Solicit orders and discuss sales with customers to complete sales.
• Quote prices and terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Estimate delivery dates based on company schedules.
• Move cargo up to 70 lbs and comply with site security procedures.
• Report security breaches or non-compliance per company policy.
