Worldwide Flight Services in Miami is hiring for an Agent Cargo to support timely cargo handling, flight documentation, and coordination with U.S. Customs.

You will prepare import/export paperwork, quote terms, and help ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and security standards. The role requires basic PC skills, the ability to learn, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Formación

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English and work with basic PC skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform computer data entry and prepare all flight documents.
• Interface with U.S. Customs and prepare import/export documentation.
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Estimate delivery dates based on schedules and move cargo as required (up to 70 lbs).
• Adhere to security procedures and report incidents as needed.
