Alliance Ground International is seeking a Cargo Dispatcher to coordinate daily cargo dispatch activities, track shipments, and ensure timely, compliant operations across airport facilities. You will serve as the communication hub among warehouses, airline partners, trucking vendors, and customers, solving issues and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, cargo, warehouse, transportation, or airline operations preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily cargo dispatch activities and shipment movement.
• Monitor cargo status and communicate updates, delays, and exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and operational records.
• Work closely with warehouse teams, airline partners, and trucking vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company, airline, TSA, and airport regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support issue resolution.
