Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics LLC (Naniq) is hiring a full-time Cargo Acceptance Agent to join our diverse team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and supports daily airline operations through cargo acceptance, documentation, and compliance tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, knowledge of transport/warehousing, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing industry preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cargo acceptance of outbound shipments; verify against booking details and documentation.
• Release inbound shipments to consignee or freight forwarders.
• Inspect shipments for damage, packaging, and airline compliance.
• Review and process air waybills and supporting documents.
• Maintain records in cargo management systems; input shipment and customs data.
• Coordinate inspections or holds with customs or security agencies.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely loading onto aircraft.
