Job summary

V2X seeks an IT Operations Automation & AIOps Engineer to design, build, and operate automation for a scalable AI-first IT environment across cloud and on-prem resources. You will translate manual processes into automated, auditable workflows and evolve them toward agentic operations with human oversight.

The role spans IaC provisioning, CI/CD integration, AI-assisted SDLC tooling, and orchestration of AI agents for automated incident handling. Requires strong scripting and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT operations or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on automation with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Experience with Python or Bash scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate automation for IT environments.
• Develop IaC templates with Ansible; create Terraform configurations.
• Create CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure code and AI-assisted tooling.
• Develop agentic AI-driven IT workflows and governance.
