Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in production support and ITIL processes.
- Cloud operations experience across major cloud platforms.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with AIOps and observability platforms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production applications, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems.
- Implement and maintain AIOps solutions for incident detection, event correlation, anomaly detection, and RCA.
- Manage cloud operations across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement and maintain observability using metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational reports.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages.
