Job summary

Selector is building an operational intelligence platform for digital infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps/SRE to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our AIOps platform.

You will oversee the software delivery lifecycle from infrastructure provisioning to monitoring and incident response, collaborating with the development team to implement CI/CD best practices. Ideal candidates will have strong Kubernetes operations experience, IaC expertise with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with Kubernetes multi-node deployments in cloud providers (EKS, GKE, AKS, RKE2).
• Terraform, Ansible, or Chef for infrastructure automation.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain infrastructure for the platform using IaC.
• Automate deployments and config management with GitOps/Kubernetes.
• Configure monitoring and proactively troubleshoot performance.
• Implement incident response procedures.
• Collaborate on CI/CD integration with the dev team.
• Stay current with DevOps/AIOps trends.
• Contribute to code quality through reviews.
