The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining complex software and machine learning pipelines, platforms, tools, and processes that enhance end-to-end customer experiences.

Description

1. Build and manage project timelines with dependencies, critical paths, and systematic communication of status, risks, and mitigations.
2. Collaborate with research and engineering teams to develop machine learning solutions.
3. Coordinate end-to-end projects from opportunity analysis to feature definition and execution.
4. Provide clear and timely communication, including status updates and escalation of critical issues.
5. Facilitate discussions, break down complex issues, and align engineering and design efforts.
6. Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and deployment.
7. Identify issues proactively, develop solutions, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve challenges.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in managing large-scale programs involving machine learning-powered products.
• Strong program management skills, including managing multiple interdependent work streams.
• Experience delivering significant client/server software products with large teams (100+ members).
• Excellent analytical skills and a curiosity to improve user experience.
• Ability to work across multiple teams to enforce processes and achieve efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.

Education & Experience

BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent.

Pay & Benefits
