Description

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will ensure seamless execution of Siri & AIML operations by managing status reports, operational processes, and cross-functional communication. Your responsibilities include:

1. Owning and driving weekly program status reporting, including setup, archiving, and communication with teams.
2. Maintaining alignment and accountability across Engineering and EPM partners through clear deadlines and reminders.
3. Partnering with engineering managers to keep project tracking tools updated.
4. Improving workflows within internal tools to streamline reporting.
5. Preparing executive content for weekly meetings, collaborating with leadership.
6. Providing operational support for planning and milestone events.
7. Driving consistency across deliverables and documentation standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software program or project management, with a track record of shipping complex projects.
• Ability to manage projects involving multiple teams, balancing priorities.
• Knowledge of software development practices with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI/ML projects.
• Experience with Atlassian tools.
• Experience building or scaling operational processes.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $157,000 to $278,900, depending on skills and experience. Additional benefits include stock programs, medical/dental coverage, retirement plans, educational reimbursement, and more. Learn more.
