Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Production Manager to lead AIMD maintenance operations and ensure safe, expeditious aircraft maintenance in Meridian, MS. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with Site Manager, and manage program requirements per CNATRA AIMD and 4790.2 standards.

The role demands extensive technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a focus on quality, safety, and timely data reporting to government customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and extensive maintenance/leadership experience in CNATRA AIMD programs.
• Significant supervisory experience in maintenance/production control.
• Ability to obtain DoD CAC and meet required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIMD maintenance programs per CNATRA AIMD Maintenance Program.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct maintenance team activities across shifts.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of applicable CDRLs and reports.
• Maintain data and records supporting periodic reports and audits.
• Interface with customers and manage safety, quality, and compliance.
