Job summary

Vincennes University seeks a full-time coordinator for the Advanced Internship for Manufacturing (AIM) program at the Gene Haas Training Center in Lebanon, IN. The role focuses on enrollment growth, engagement with regional partners, and strategic planning to strengthen the AIM program.

The successful candidate will manage advising, supervise instructors, and lead curriculum development while collaborating with the Vincennes Campus to maintain consistency of programming and student success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 3+ years related industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years and/or certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, recruit for, and supervise the AIM program and partnerships in Lebanon, IN.
• Manage an advising caseload and ensure timely degree completion for AIM students.
• Supervise, direct, and evaluate instructors and lab support staff.
• Oversee curriculum, equipment, and instructor coordination and installation.
• Collaborate with Vincennes Campus Technology faculty to align academic programming.
• Teach, prepare, develop, and improve all AIM program courses.
