Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Program Manager for the AIM-9X Sidewinder program. This onsite role leads the program’s execution, including EAC support, schedule management, and CAM responsibilities, with a focus on cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will drive budgets, report risk, negotiate with suppliers, coordinate reviews, and communicate with senior leadership and customers.

Active U.S. security clearance and US citizenship are required to start.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
• Prior financial management or CAM experience
• Prior Program/Project management experience

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of schedule needs in alignment with program requirements
• Execution, and reporting of material and labor budgets, financial management, and estimate at completion reporting
• Support supplier and subcontractor negotiations and performance management
• Generate risk and opportunity management plans, including CORE activities
• Support leadership reviews, including Gate Reviews and Customer Reviews
• Work closely with the Execution leadership team to integrate strategy, planning, and execution discipline
• Lead internal and external portfolio communication and reporting cadence, content coordination
• Display strong oral and written communication with senior leadership and external customers
• Influence actions and change management
