Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an AIM-9X Guidance Unit Lead in Tucson to drive electrical subsystem life cycle from concept through production. You will lead multi-discipline teams, coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, and manage technical and schedule requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong background in RF/microwave, analog/digital design, and proven leadership. Onsite work with a 9/80 schedule, relocation eligibility, and competitive compensation are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Math or related STEM degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience with progressing leadership roles.
• Experience with Electrical subsystems and/or Circuit Card Assembly development, integration, test and production support.
• Experience with analog, digital and/or mixed signal circuit design/analysis or hardware integration/test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multi-discipline teams to develop systems from concept through integration and production.
• Conduct trade studies to identify best solutions considering quality, cost, schedule and performance.
• Communicate task status across teams, program, department and leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues.
• Ensure cost, schedule and technical requirements are integrated and met.
