Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Salem, NH is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our team, delivering patient-centered care in a warm, home-like environment.

This part-time evening role requires a state Medication Technician License, CPR certification (or able to obtain within six months), and quarterly competency reviews. Ideal candidates may hold CNA certification or CHHA training; a high school diploma is preferred. Paid training and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have state Medication Technician License and demonstrate competency in accordance with the state-approved protocol in drug administration.
• Successfully complete medication technician competency review (as supervised by RN / RCD) quarterly.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• The Medication Technician must complete a state approved training course in drug administration and receive a certificate of satisfactory successful completion.
• Med-Technicians will be evaluated on their competency by the RCD each quarter.
