Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Rehab Aide for a full-time, on-site role at Autumn Lake at Spa Creek. The position offers $15.00 per hour and involves assisting residents and therapy staff in a skilled nursing setting.

You will help prepare treatment spaces, transport residents, and maintain equipment and a safe environment while supporting PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA teams. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to grow in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable, organized and resident-friendly.

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a dependable Rehab Aide to join our therapy department. This position is a great fit for someone interested in gaining experience in healthcare while supporting residents and rehabilitation professionals in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

What You'll Do

• Set up treatment areas and equipment for daily therapy sessions
• Assist with transporting residents to and from the rehabilitation department
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces
• Keep the rehab gym organized and supplies readily available
• Provide non-clinical assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Support the department with general daily tasks and organization
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents
