Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a reliable Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department at Autumn Lake in Crofton, MD. This full-time entry-level role offers exposure to PT, OT, and SLP teams in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities include preparing spaces, transporting residents, equipment upkeep, and non-clinical support. The position provides on-site training and opportunities to grow within healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable interacting with residents and working as part of a team.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Interest in therapy or rehabilitation is encouraged.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, or rehabilitation who wants to gain experience working alongside a multidisciplinary therapy team.

What You'll Do
