Job summary

The College of William & Mary, hosting the Global Research Institute's AidData project, seeks an Associate Program Manager I to oversee student research teams and coordinate data collection and research initiatives. You will help steer projects at the intersection of rigorous research and stakeholder dissemination.

This role blends program management, quality assurance, and literature review contributions, requiring collaboration with faculty and external partners to advance data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of research methods in qualitative and/or quantitative research.
• Demonstrated ability with desktop publishing, word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
• Basic knowledge of data management and analytical software (e.g., Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau).
• Experience in AidData's coding methodologies (preferred).
• Professional or academic experience in developing countries (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee student research teams and coordinate data collection and research initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.
