Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Systems Test Engineering Co-op to join the engineering team in Danvers, MA. The role focuses on system-level testing across software, optical, and hardware interfaces, and supporting integration and regression test plans.

You will work with Quality, Regulatory, Software, and Manufacturing to ensure verifications, CAPAs, and timely global deployments while developing hands-on skills in mechanical/electrical design and testing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute system-level integration and regression test plans for software, optical, and hardware interfaces.
• Investigate field-reported issues and create reproducible test cases.
• Support root-cause analysis for escalations and CAPAs.
• Assist in change control and release activities: verification evidence, BOMs, work instructions, drawings.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Software, and Manufacturing to ensure verification strategies and compliance.
• Assist in system-level risk assessments and contribute to CAPAs and regulatory submissions.
