Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Danvers, MA, is seeking a Systems Test Engineering Co-op to join the engineering team. The role focuses on system-level testing of software, optical, and hardware interfaces to improve AIC platform reliability and ease of use for customers worldwide.

The position involves investigating issues, executing integration tests, and supporting CAPAs, change control, and regulatory alignment. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; CPT/OPT pathways may apply for students.

Qualifications

• Degree candidate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or related field.
• Strong design, testing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or CAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute system-level integration and regression test plans.
• Investigate field-reported issues and create reproducible test cases.
• Support root-cause analysis for escalations and CAPAs.
• Assist in verification activities: evidence, BOMs, drawings, and changes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Software, and Manufacturing to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to CAPA investigations and regulatory submissions.
