Job summary

BUILD is accelerating institutional development with AI. This role owns the modular operations that power Build's workflows, improves underperforming components, and maintains a growing capability library.

You will work with domain experts to define what 'correct' means and build the evaluation harness to prove improvements. You will also reduce the need for human review without compromising standards, owning quality end-to-end from prompt to delivered artifact, in a fast-paced, high-autonomy

Responsibilities

• Build and own the modular operations that compose Build's workflows
• Find where outputs fall short of the bar, and fix the underlying capability
• Build the evaluation harness that proves whether a change made things better
• Work with domain experts to encode what 'correct' actually means
• Reduce the human review a workflow needs without lowering the standard
• Keep the capability library composable as it grows
• Spend as much time on failure analysis as on building
• Own quality end-to-end, from prompt to delivered artifact
