You will work with domain experts to define what 'correct' means, reduce human review without lowering standards, and build evaluation harnesses to prove improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the modular operations that compose Build's workflows
• Find where outputs fall short of the bar, and fix the underlying capability
• Build the evaluation harness that proves whether a change made things better
• Work with domain experts to encode what 'correct' actually means
• Reduce the human review a workflow needs without lowering the standard
• Keep the capability library composable as it grows
• Spend as much time on failure analysis as on building
• Own quality end-to-end, from prompt to delivered artifact
• Has built evaluations rather than just run them, and is comfortable that the bar here is set by someone else's expertise rather than their own.
