Job summary
Sela AI in San Francisco is seeking a software engineer to help scale our AI voice agent for mortgage lenders. You will translate customer requirements into scalable software architecture and deliver new features using AI coding tools and internal tooling.
You will own one or more core components end-to-end, from design to production reliability, collaborating closely with product teams in a high-growth startup that values speed, quality, and secure, enterprise-grade solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
- Experience using AI coding tools or agents to ship maintainable code.
- Excellent technical communication skills.
- Track record of owning and delivering major product features.
- Expert knowledge of at least one major programming language.
- Experience in high-growth startups, ideally Seed through Series B.
