Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare visuals and audio against prompts, and provide written explanations of any issues observed from home on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, have sharp attention to detail, and may hold or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Remote work from multiple countries is supported, with payments per hour and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English for each evaluation.
