Job summary

MaintainX seeks an AI leader to define and scale the AI strategy, driving Agentic AI and ML solutions to become the intelligence layer for industrial operations. You will partner with engineering, product, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to build a world-class AI/ML organization.

You will shape predictive and generative AI initiatives, owning governance, architecture, and roadmap to deliver measurable customer value while aligning with Autodesk Operations Solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of applied AI/ML experience.
• 7+ years leading teams in high-growth tech.
• Proven success deploying predictive DL models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term AI strategy and milestones.
• Build and scale AI platforms and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
