Job summary

Shadow Light Studios is hiring an Account Executive to own the sales funnel from lead to close for an AI visibility agency serving ecommerce and SaaS brands. You will conduct discovery calls, position the value of AI visibility, and drive deals through a scalable sales process.

You will work remotely with US-time-zone overlap, selling high-ticket retainers, refining scripts, and collaborating closely with founders building a new category in marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with ability to close without hand-holding.
• Experience selling agency, marketing, SEO, ecommerce, SaaS, or high-ticket services.
• Understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate and LTV.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
• Confident on calls with founders, CMOs, and growth leaders.
• Excellent spoken English; clear communicator.
• Organized, fast with follow-up, and comfortable working remotely.
• Able to overlap with US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from qualified lead to close.
• Speak with ecommerce and SaaS brands to guide the pitch and close high-ticket retainers.
• Refine the sales process as the offer grows.
• Use GoHighLevel to manage leads, pipeline, notes, and next steps.
• Collaborate with founders to shape the sales approach for a new category in marketing.
