Job summary

CBRE is seeking a hands-on Manager, AI Visibility & Content Discoverability to own how CBRE is found and trusted across generative AI platforms and search. You will align with Digital Marketing, D&T, and business teams globally, translating strategy into measurable outcomes and turning complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

This role is an individual contributor with high ownership. You will drive AI-driven discovery, stay ahead of GEO/AEO developments, and lead automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in SEO or search strategy on large-scale enterprise websites.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered discovery platforms and LLMs, and a clear point of view on AI in search.
• Ability to identify where AI and automation can replace manual work and to spec what's needed with technical partners.
• Solid technical SEO skills across structured data, crawl management, site architecture, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to read data, form conclusions, and drive action.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex search data into clear stories for engineers, content teams, or leadership.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms; Sitecore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AI search and GEO playbooks to ensure CBRE is surfaced accurately across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
• Track CBRE presence across platforms, compare with competitors, and work with content teams to fill gaps.
• Run regular audits of crawlability, structured data, and page speed; translate findings into engineering briefs and fixes.
• Design experiments to lift AI citations and organic performance, evolving metrics with search behavior.
• Identify opportunities for automation in metadata enrichment, reporting, and optimization workflows.
• Collaborate to maintain cohesive CBRE AI presence across regions and markets and support site migrations.
