Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an AI Value Management Specialist to help measure AI-driven value across the portfolio.

You will review AI business cases, maintain value dashboards, consolidate ROI data, and prepare structured reporting to support governance and transparency. You will coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, validate assumptions and realized value, and develop executive-level reporting for the AI Governance Board.

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business performance management, financial assessment, portfolio management, or value realization.
• Experience assessing business cases, investment proposals, and ROI models.
• Experience maintaining performance dashboards and consolidating data.
• Familiarity with AI business case development, ROI measurement concepts, AI portfolio management, and value tracking processes.
• Proficiency in reporting and dashboard tools, with attention to detail and stakeholder collaboration.
