Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Value Architect within the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise to build and own financial models and value cases across AI-driven transformations. You’ll quantify opportunities and track value realization, embedded in engagements to ground reinvention decisions in data.

You will size opportunities using established models, report to executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial modeling, value case development, or business case analysis with ability to defend complex investment cases.
• Proven ability to present financial models (DCF, NPV, sensitivity, scenarios) to senior leadership.
• Experience quantifying business impact of technology/AI investments with P&L rigor.

Responsibilities

• Define value KPIs for transformation programs and apply Process Blueprint standards.
• Build value identification framework mapping initiatives to quantified outcomes (FTE, cost, revenue, cycle time).
• Develop and maintain financial models covering investment, value, timeline, and risk.
• Produce value realization reports comparing outcomes to business case and surface early signals.
• Support executive narrative for C-suite materials translating quantitative analysis to strategy.
• Apply Wharton economic value model and Accenture roadmap to size opportunities across speed, capacity, and experience.
