Kyndryl is seeking an AI UX Designer to lead design activities that connect insight, imagination, and execution for the next era of computing. You will define mental models and interaction patterns enabling humans to collaborate with autonomous agents.

Qualifications
- UX/experience design with enterprise or innovation-studio projects.
- Strong user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing knowledge.
- Experience facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients.
- Direct exposure to AI, agentic AI/UX, and data-driven design is preferred.
- A POV on AI-driven human-centered design and co-creation.
- Familiarity with emerging AI assistants (Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, Lovable).
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate clearly with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead design activities connecting insight, imagination, and execution for next era of computing.
- Define mental models and interaction patterns enabling human collaboration with autonomous agents.
- Conduct user research, create journey maps, and design dynamic patterns handling AI latency and errors.
- Facilitate workshops with technologists to align system intelligence with user intuition.
- Shape ethical, accessible AI experiences and advocate inclusive evolution.
