Anthropic is seeking a Customer Trust Specialist in San Francisco to lead customer-facing security engagements for Claude. You will partner with Go-to-Market, Legal, Deal Desk, Product, and Security to translate security posture into clear, auditable positions and runbooks.

In this individual contributor role, you’ll handle complex questionnaires, audits, and negotiations with regulated enterprises, build repeatable processes, and extend Claude-powered automation to evidence gathering and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security across any domain.
• 3+ years in security leadership, ideally as Head of Security.
• Experience applying LLMs to security assurance or GRC work.
• Familiarity with financial services security expectations (DORA, PCI DSS).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate security terms with regulated enterprise customers.
• Take on complex customer questionnaires, RFPs, and security assessments.
• Run onsite and remote security audits with strategic accounts.
• Speak to our security posture in customer briefings with CISOs.
• Contribute to the team’s library of Legal-approved positions and runbooks.
• Build Claude-powered questionnaire and RFP automation.
