Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex AI-enabled projects from end to end in Mountain View. You will coordinate requirements, risks, schedules, and stakeholder communications, aligning engineering and product teams around strategic AI initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead use-case analysis and author Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to translate user needs into technical specifications.
Establish deterministic evaluation metrics to benchmark tool quality and resolve performance issues.
Coordinate product testing and phased launches for new AI capabilities and oversee access controls.
Develop change management playbooks and onboarding initiatives to drive adoption.
Identify stakeholders and build dashboards to drive impact and visibility.
