Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define technical schemas and architectures for tool customization to enable scalable workflows such as automated issue creation.
• Audit existing frameworks and replace manual tasks with robust, tech-enabled solutions across global campuses.
• Partner with stakeholders and tooling teams to ensure adoption of process excellence and automated integration.
