Job summary

Sia is a global management consulting group actively seeking an AI Transformation Manager to join the ETI practice and help clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors adopt and scale AI within their organizations.

This business- and strategy-facing role involves identifying where AI can create value, building roadmaps to realize it, and leading the organizational change required to turn pilots into operating realities.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, operations, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation.
• Experience identifying business process improvement opportunities and driving organizational change.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent automation platforms as a practitioner and evaluator (not required to build or code).
• Experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements in fast-paced consulting environments.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Transformation Strategy across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives and manage multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting to measure business impact and adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders and drive organizational adoption.
• Present recommendations and progress updates to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ETI practice development.
• Evaluate and guide AI tool adoption with a focus on practical enterprise applications.
• Lead process redesign initiatives leveraging AI and digital technologies.
