Job summary

Sia is seeking an AI Transformation Consultant to help organizations rethink workflows using generative AI, automation, and agent-based systems. You will identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and scale AI-enabled ways of working across the enterprise.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and applied AI, requiring curiosity for emerging AI capabilities and a builder’s mindset. Travel and client onsite work may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts (LLMs, agents, copilots).
• Hands-on with AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) is preferred.
• Ability to translate problems into structured AI solutions and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and tech teams.
• Experience with enterprise systems, data platforms, or CRM is a plus.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving measurable business impact.
• Knowledge of governance and responsible AI practices is desirable.
