Job summary

Sia is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to guide clients in energy, transportation, and industrial sectors through AI-enabled transformation. You’ll focus on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership rather than coding, translating AI capabilities into business value.

You will partner with executives and Applied AI leads to shape roadmaps, drive governance, and ensure adoption, while mentoring others in the ETI practice.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, operations, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Transformation Strategy with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate AI tool options and guide enterprise adoption without building models.
• Perform business process improvement and design for scalable automation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ETI practice development.
