Job summary

Sia is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to join the ETI practice and help clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors scale AI across their organizations.

You will work with executives to identify where AI adds value, build roadmaps, and lead organizational change to turn pilots into operating realities. The role emphasizes strategy, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, operations, or digital transformation
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional programs from strategy through implementation
• Experience identifying business process improvement opportunities and driving organizational change
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent automation platforms as a practitioner and evaluator (not required to build or code)
• Experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements in fast‑paced consulting environments
• Bachelor's degree required
