Job summary

The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking an AI Implementation & Project Manager to lead planning, implementation, and expansion of AI solutions across CMHA. You will partner with leadership and staff to identify AI opportunities, improve business processes, and manage technology projects to support adoption of AI tools for greater efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience managing technology implementation, digital transformation, or enterprise projects.
Working knowledge of AI tools and business applications.
Strong project management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
PMP, Agile, AI, or Data Analytics certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CMHA's AI strategy and roadmap.
Lead AI and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation.
Partner with departments to improve workflows using AI technologies.
Coordinate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop AI governance, policies, training, and best practices.
Lead change management efforts and promote user adoption.
Measure project outcomes, including cost savings, productivity improvements, and ROI.
