AI Transformation / Strategic Talent Development Project Manager

Location: Newtown Square, PA – Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced AI Transformation / Program Management professional to support Next Gen, focused on AI-enabled transformation, process optimization, and strategic talent development.

Day-to-Day

• Lead AI/GenAI initiatives, including AI-agent and workflow implementation from pilot through launch.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes through AI, automation, and improved workflows.
• Facilitate workshops to define user journeys, business requirements, and project priorities.
• Develop business cases, value drivers, impact metrics, and progress updates.
• Partner with business and technical teams across the organization.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $50 - $55Hourly on W2.
