Role Overview:

Our client is undergoing a large-scale AI Technology Transformation and is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams across the organization.

Important Note:

Most candidates currently available have experience applying AI within business or functional domains. However, the client is specifically looking for a candidate who has successfully applied AI within software engineering and technology operations, including:

• Application Development
• Agentic SDLC
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) for AI Agents
• AI Ops / Production Support
• Metrics & Tokenomics
• Infrastructure Operations

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of these areas and have demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs within the banking and financial services sector. They should also be highly polished and capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership
