As a Senior Project Manager in Ping Identity's Business Transformation Office (BTO), you'll lead complex technology project-including AI-enabled transformation-while focusing your time and the project team's time on high-value priorities while deprioritizing lower-value work amid pressure to do more, faster. Working closely with stakeholders from Business, IT, Engineering, and Data teams, you will help to clarify outcomes, map current- and future-state workflows, surface system, data, and security dependencies, and coordinate solution development through design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption.
This hybrid role is based in Denver, Colorado, and requires strong accountability, cross-functional leadership, and a proactive approach to delivering high-impact outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation Delivery, you will align technical delivery to business priorities, establish measurable outcomes and value measures, and help sponsors make timely scope, sequencing, and capacity decisions.
You will lead technical project delivery and business transformation initiatives, sometimes representing progress against company priorities to executive leadership. You will help identify where AI and other technology create business value, shape feasible solution options with the right business and technical partners, and support responsible implementation and adoption efforts.
