Job summary

Evolent is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives to own the end-to-end delivery of an AI-native platform. You will lead cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, product, data science, and operations to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of program management across complex technology programs.
• Experience leading architecture, engineering, product, data science and business stakeholders.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across groups.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the AI-native platform program across parallel workstreams.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, product, data science, and business teams.
• Establish KPIs, monitor value realization, and report progress to executives.
• Coach project managers and foster high-performance, collaboration and improvement.
• Oversee platform migration, onboarding standards, and design decisions for adoption.
