Story Cannabis Co is seeking an AI Transformation & Operational Efficiency Manager to lead a Default-to-AI strategy across business units, with initial emphasis on Accounting and Finance. You will identify inefficiencies, develop actionable AI plans, and oversee vendor engagements to achieve measurable improvements.

The role focuses on project management, operational transformation, and collaboration with department leaders to turn AI opportunities into executable programs that drive efficiency

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, business transformation, enterprise technology, AI implementation, or related consulting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from assessment to measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and practical AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations to identify AI opportunities.
• Develop enterprise AI roadmap and translate opportunities into executable project plans with scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead AI implementations from discovery to adoption and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities to deliver measurable results.
• Drive adoption, governance, and responsible AI use with data security and regulatory compliance.
