Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify significant problems across the patient journey to optimize interventions.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with leadership across PECS, brand sales & marketing, and IT.
• Serve as end-to-end product owner for AI/ML solutions supporting patient services in the chosen therapeutic area.
• Advocate for change and new AI approaches within patient support services.
• Establish measurement frameworks and conduct A/B testing to assess impact of solutions.
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, and compliance to protect patient confidentiality.
