Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting or related field is required.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify the most significant problems across the patient journey to optimize when and how to intervene.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with leadership across PECS, brand, sales and marketing, Analytics, Data Science & Engineering, and IT.
• Serve as end-to-end product owner for AI/ML solutions supporting patient support services in the chosen therapeutic area.
• Advocate for new AI roles in patient support services and drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Establish measurement frameworks and conduct A/B testing to assess impact of solutions and programs.
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, and security teams to ensure patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
