• Size the value at stake for transformations and track ROI in real time.
• Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations including AI-related spend.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, logs, and risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress to executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish and deliver production-ready outputs.
• Own quality across deliverables and ensure coherence and client-readiness.
• Support business development by shaping proposals and expanding client relationships.
• Lead day-to-day client relationships, set expectations, and build trust.
• Coordinate across workstreams to keep delivery on track and invest in team growth.
• Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
